This didn't get to announce@ because it wasn't sent from a *@apache.org
address. (I think the latter point bit cmpilato and hwright too;
apparently, there's no notification to the sender in that case.)
David, do you have an apache.org account? If not, I suppose one of us
could re-send it, with From: set to ourselves and Sender: set to you,
that might work?
