Ah, and what about things like global-ignores or auto-props, where you
can set multiple "properties" per option?

If the repository says

    *.c = svn:eol-style=native

and my ~/.subversion/config says

    *.c = svn:mime-type=text/plain

then what will happen? What should happen?

Also, can one config source delete an auto-props glob from elsewhere?
