Yes, I know. That's why I said "partly" :)

I'd say target the stable and testing versions during pre-release
phase, and experimental after release. We should facilitate tests on
platforms that are widely used. So during the alpha/beta/rc phase,
Debian stable is more interesting than Debian experimental.
