There is at least some precedent here -- see the --bdb-txn-nosync and
--bdb-log-keep options to 'svnadmin create', also of the sort that can be
dealt with by tweaking a config file (DB_CONFIG, in this case). That said,
I've no well-formed opinion about the legitimacy of this particular request.
