Thanks, Philip. I have reverted it in r948379, as I discovered that the
reason I originally made that "simplification" was to avoid using
svn_wc__text_base_path() when compiled with SVN_EXPERIMENTAL_PRISTINE,
but I had already solved that problem in r947744.
