NYC meeting follow-up

Hey, devs. As many of you know, a group of us met in NYC last week to talk
about Subversion's direction and feature roadmap. I blogged[1] a bit about
the meetings each night, but I realize that we still owe the community an
official joint braindump. Look for that to come in the next couple of days,
after we all dig ourselves out of last week's mail/task backlog and can
solidify our thoughts into something comprehensible.
