"Getting Involved" page

On the new site we are trying to highlight ways that people can
contribute to the project beyond submitting patches.

I got the original ideas for this page from the new IntelliJ community:

And I learned about that page in an Eclipse blog where they were
looking to improve their page in this area. They now have a prototype
up:

http://www.eclipse.org/contribute/

Just posting this in case it inspires anyone to continue to beef up
our page and talk about the ways users can get involved. Most of this
probably seems obvious to people, but to users that are new to us and
new to open source this can help put a friendly face on the project
and let people know all the different ways they can be helping the
project.
