I helped with the redesign of the previous page, which was not great
but better than what we had before. This is the reason we used a
table. We wanted to just list things alphabetically, but we also know
Windows ought to be first. So we went with a table with commercial OS
on one side, and open communities on other and this kept it small
enough.

I would not object to an order that puts Windows first. I was just
trying to avoid things like "Ubuntu is more popular than Red Hat", or
"why are the BSD's at the end?"
