I'm sure there is, but why? We don't have this in our C API docs or JavaHL
docs. We don't have it in the various design notes and issue tracking
issues and so on that we refer to. We certainly don't offer some kind of
"you're leaving our site but not really" kind of system for external links.
 Are you concerned that folks are going to take web links to the hacking
document and not know how to find the project website or something? Are you
concerned that folks technical enough to be crawling around on the
Subversion website don't know how use their browser 'Back' buttons?
