I don't plan on modifying it at all, just excluding it from the rat check, as well as the distribution tarballs. Once your CLA goes through (how long has it been?), you can still commit to the same locations as before; I won't have moved anything.

That being said, there doesn't appear to be any objection to the foregoing plan, so I'll wait until tomorrow for comments and then make it so.
