Hi gross.

I think you can just start translating, and send us the results. (You
don't need to translate all of the messages before you send the first
results.)

Some of the other people who have been translating Subversion to other
languages have set up their own mailing lists, so that two or more
people can work together. You might like to do the same.

You might also like to look at
<http://translationproject.org/team/ru.html>. That translation project
is not currently handling Subversion, officially, but it might be useful
to contact the other people there.
