Yes.

On tigris, we have svn@ for commits to the svn repository, and cvs@
for commits to the cvs repository. Yes... we actually have both
systems.

But recommended practice is commits@ for post-commit emails.

Well... we haven't planned a bug tracker move yet, so no plans on a
mailing list move yet, either.
