Yes, we can easily do any combination of the following (for any list,
using "users" as the example):

  - auto-forward list mail from users_at_subversion.tigris.org to users_at_subversion.apache.org
  - subscribe users_at_s.a.o to users_at_s.t.o
  - add footers to users_at_s.t.o suggesting the conversation move over
to users_at_s.a.o

I recognize the concern in the abstract, but let me soften the "list
which we do not have direct control over" thought a bit: Tigris will
remain important to CollabNet, alive and healthy. Tigris will continue
to be administered primarily by CollabNet people with strong interest
in Subversion. CollabNet itself will continue to have strong interest
in Subversion. In short, I really don't think the Subversion community
will be losing any notable degree of control over any aspect of
subversion.tigris.org.

But none of the above is any sort of vote for any particular
resolution: I'm just offering to be as helpful as we possibly can be,
in whatever the community decides to do.
