*All* committers are invited to file an ICLA if they would like to
continue committing after we move. So yes, please file an ICLA.
I'm going to set up a Google Spreadsheet shortly to map names to
old/new usernames (in case you'd like to change it during the move).
People can enter their requested names. I'll use that sheet for my
requests to root_at_apache for accounts once the ICLAs are recorded.
We'll probably do several batches, so don't worry if you miss "the
first batch".

ps. for now, we just aren't packaging contrib/ into 1.7, but there
isn't any consensus yet on what to do with it
