... and, per Greg's message to general_at_incubator the other day, you will
not be able to participate in the PMC (aka PPMC, aka "equivalent of
s-f-c") after the cutover unless you have filed a CLA.

So, inactive committers that wish to remain on the PMC should also
submit their ICLAs.

(I suppose we'll keep s-f-c around for svncorp-related discussions and
votes, but move project issues --- e.g., voting committers in --- to the
PMC list.)
