Yes, I also saw some behaviour like this myself. Although it never passed
for me, it failed with two different errors in two different WCs. As soon as
I entirely rebuilt, the same error was appearing everywhere.

So it was obviously a build-artefacts thing. Possibly the build system has a
blind spot or two...

Yes, I see the same, commenting the last 'up'. Interesting :)
