[PATCH] Use absolute paths in the libsvn_wc status callbacks

This is a half-done patch which alters the status callback to return
absolute paths instead of relative paths. It also attempts to update
the client to relativize the returned paths so that the output remains
relatively sane and the tests pass. I haven't looked at this in a few
days, but I'm sending it here at Bert's request.
