I'm sorry that radipSVN crashed on you. I'm not able to answer your
question, but encourage you to keep in mind the following:
  * Don't cross post to dev@ and users@. The two lists are different,
and posts appropriate for users@ are very rarely appropriate for
dev@. (I'm cross posting simply so that people on both lists know
that your message has been responded to. In replies, please remove
dev@.)
  * Post to the list appropriate for your project, in this case
radipSVN.
  * Don't attach large files to a list which reaches hundreds
(thousands?) of inboxes. If somebody needs a copy of the file, they
will request it, and you can put it on the web where they can download
it.
