For other's information, the problem here is that wc-ng is recursing
up the tree to attempt to find a .svn directory. When running tests,
it eventually hits the working copy checked out from s.c.n, which in
this case was done by a 1.6.x client. When that happens, the test
fails.
The one thought that occurs to me is that svn-test-work is ignored by
subversion/tests/cmdline. We ought to be able to detect that somehow,
and stop the recursion. "Hey, I just hit a directory which has been
explicitly ignored, stop recursing." This may require the ability to
read 1.6 working copies, which could be a non-starter. Just a thought.
