I can't reproduce it:
$ LC_ALL=C svn pl -v https://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/autogen.sh
Properties on 'https://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/autogen.sh':
  svn:executable
    *
  svn:eol-style
    native
$

Maybe your filesystem is incorrect...
