How to run tests in a RAM disk on Windows?

Hey all,

I have read http://svn.haxx.se/dev/archive-2003-02/0068.shtml about
how to run in a RAM disk on Linux. Anybody know how to do the same
thing on Windows? It is really time consuming to run all the tests.
