There existed non-constant test names; specifically, names that
included random seeds (there are some in libsvn_delta/random-test).
This change makes it impossible to reproduce nondeterministics
failures of those tests. The seed doesn't necessarily need to be in
the test name but it needs to show up *somewhere* in any failure of
such a test.
