Unfortunately it did not make the cut for the 1.6.3 release which was
already in process. It will almost certainly be in 1.6.4 release. Of
course there is nothing preventing TortoiseSVN from patching this into
the build of Subversion they use when creating their releases. I
suspect that is what Stefan will do.
