I'm still running the testsuite on 1.6.3, so this result is incomplete

On serf x fsfs I see the switch error reported earlier
FAIL: switch_tests.py 19: out of date propset should fail after a relocate

and I had a segfault in:

FAIL: merge_tests.py 85: merge --reintegrate should fail on stale source

While performing:
svn.exe merge
