1.6.3 on Wednesday...for reals

After a couple of false starts, I'm officially going to roll 1.6.3 on
Wednesday, June 17, sometime in the afternoon or evening CDT. Please
wrap up any loose ends which need to make it onto 1.6.x. If there are
technical concerns about that date, let's hear 'em!

[Side note: I'll be afk again from the time I send this mail until
several hours before I plan on getting 1.6.3 rolling, so if there are
serious concerns, I won't be able to moderate them very well.]
