[Patch] Correct link to QSvn Client

Hi,

i'm the developer of QSvn, a cross platform subversion client. As i see
on your site, your link-section for Stand-alone clients contains the old
URL for the QSvn project. I added a patch to switch the hyperref to the
new home from QSvn. It would be great if anybody can apply my patch so
subversion users can surf to the QSvn homepage :)
