This is the first step on stripping contrib/ from our repo, as
discussed here:

I plan to 'svn rm ^/trunk/contrib' around June 1. If you have
objections, let them be known.

If there is a part of contrib/ that that is appropriately licensed,
and which should be maintained by the Subversion Community at large,
please move it to tools/. (Note that thanks to the wonders of version
control and resurrection, you don't have to do the move prior to June
1, that's just when contrib/ will no longer be in HEAD.)
