So far as I know, your choices are:

  • email from codesite-noreply to dev-subscribe
  • create an account on Tigris with primary email address codesite-
noreply

That is, there's no web-mediated way to subscribe an unregistered
("anonymous") address.

I'm guessing, further, that codesite-noreply never actually sends
mail, it's only a pseudo-return-address, used as reply-to or envelope-
from. In that case, even email subbies may fail: we seem to be
inconsistent in whether we use from: or envelope-from. If email subbie
fails, we'll have to make a user.

I'm reformatting my disk at the moment, back on line in another half
hour.
