Windows installer for Subversion 1.5.4 and forward

Hi

I've managed to get a working toolchain to build the Setup-Subversion-1.x.x.msi package.
(the tricky part was to build the CHM help file from the docbook-code)

I'm willing to share this work with the community.
So how can I make these installers available on the Tigris.org website?
I have them for all versions from 1.5.4 up to 1.6.1.

I also have modifications of the WiX source code to build the 1.6.x versions (which don't have any binaries for Apache 2.0 binding).
