I do not face this problem. It list the issues from 2631 to 3399 sorted
based on issue number in alphabetical order. The same is true in comma
delimited output.

I'm not sure if it is got to do with browser cache in your case. I know
couple of values related to Issuezilla are stored in cookies: ISSUELIST,
LASTORDER, LAST_QUERY. Please remove these cookies and see if it helps.
