I'm sorry to read that.

I cannot test simply, there is no bash 4 on my box.

There is a hack to make the property completion work, because there is a
":" in the names which is otherwise considered a separator for completion,
so I'm not that surprised there could be a problem at the turn of a major
release.

BTW, there are a couple forum entries about crashes with bash4 when
enabling completion (debian experimental, manual compilation in ubuntu).
