[GSoC]Authz improvements

Hi

I am xiaohui, liu , a second year graduate student in automation. I have
used the subversion for the version control about 2 years. And I am also an
svn adminstrator , so that is a really useful to improve the authz modual,
so that the adminstrator won't be buged to change the user's password any
more. I think that is a really cool thing .

I have read the 'Hacker's Guide to Subversion' and the idea about Authz
improvements. But I really don't know where to start, could some one give me
some suggestions for me to get familiar with the source code ?
