hacking.html should say. Probably Visual Studio Express (or whatever
it is named). I believe you also need to have Python installed.

Willingness to raise your hand and do it, I guess. I don't think we
need anything more than interest. You might need some extra
permissions on the site; try it and see.

Same thing. Just start sending patches to this list to apply to the
FAQ (we have one in trunk/www/).
