Shiro, thanks for your interest in GSoC and in Subversion. The GSoC
application process is one entirely online. Visit
http://socghop.appspot.com/ for the details. You'll find a User's Guide,
instructions for applying, and the online application itself at that
location. It looks as though you have until "19:00 UTC on April 3rd" to
complete the application process.
