CHANGEs File for Subversion 1.6 - Questions - Tree Conflicts

Hi,

i have found some technical details about the tree conflicts in the log
messages (e.g. r35791)...but i would like to have a user-usable
description of the changes or news in the area of tree conflict handling
for SVN 1.6 ?

Can someone of the developers write some short information about this ?

On other hand i think that handling of tree conflicts seemed to be a
very valuable new feature of 1.6 isn't it ?
