svn obliterate :P

Now, I'm not proficient to be a mentor, but I would be willing to work
with someone to define a project related to getting obliterate
functionality going forward. I would also be willing to work according
to my abilities with the student while the work proceeds.

One milestone would be to update svnsync to allow fine-grained control
of which paths and revisions are included in the sync. svnsync already
allows a simple version of this (through specifying subdirectories in
the source repo), and this could be extended to allow arbitrary sets to
be excluded.

Obliteration based on the (patch-version of the) functional
specification would use a very similar logic, so this would get that
functionality significantly forward and help out a number of people who
currently have no good way of removing data from their repositories.

Best,
Magnus
