I really can't offer any time to this, but what about:
  * Getting support for the StarMerge algorithm that SVK has been
using, especially since we have more information about what's been
merged and such.
  * Implementing a patch algorithm for the unidiff portions of a patch
so that we don't need to call out to the 'patch' tool (something that
often isn't present on Windows). (Can we do something like re-encode
the unidiff as a delta stream and run it through our normal merge
algorithm?) I can see this being useful outside of Subversion as
well.

Just some thoughts. :-)
