Bug in directory exclusion and update

After reading Mike Pilato's blog post about the directory exclusion
feature in 1.6, we started to add support for this to Subclipse.

We ran into a problem scenario. Recipe attached. The problem happens
with trunk and 1.6 RC3. In the recipe we create a tree structure,
check it out, exclude some parts of the tree and then try to bring
them back. Only one of the folders comes back when we do this.
