Hey, sorry for the delay - I had given up, and stopped reading.
I created an issue in the issue tracker today. I was unsure on some of the fields, such as "component" and "OS" - so I just guessed my best and submitted.

Following the "submit a bug" instructions, I included txt attachments the demonstrate exactly how to reproduce the problem.
