It shouldn't. The link has an ü (umlaut-u) which may cause a problem
for non-compliant browsers. The full link is: http://orac.ece.utexas.edu/pub/svn/1.5.6/m%C3%BCnchen-lemon/

If that doesn't work, or if it gives people too much trouble, I'll
rewrite the folder name.
