Looks like an interesting tool; too bad it is crippled by being
available only for Windows. ;-)

I've been thinking for a while that rewriting svndumpfilter as a
ra-replay tool would be very useful. Our repo at $WORK has evaded every
single tool out there in terms of being able to reorganize into
something more reasonable. In particular we have multiple cvs2svn
converted repos that were merged by just importing the later repo in
place (so the commit dates/time are all messed up).
