Hi Hyrum,

Nice work..

Very informative and nice to have all the discussions_at_dev summarised
into a single piece of work.
As the Release Manager, you were certainly in the right position to
have a good overview of everything.

Also, I really think it's a commendation to the whole community, that
you've even gone to trouble of evaluating the problems that surfaced
during the 1.5.0 development / release cycle and an even bigger
"thumbs-up" (again to all) for taking the lessons learned and applying
a new plan.
