[WC-NG] Writing svn_wc_entry_t to sqlite

Greg,
I've gotten most of the my ideas and plan for writing svn_wc_entry_t structs to
the wc.db sqlite database coded up on the explore-wc branch. It's not yet
perfect, and there may yet be bits that need tweaking, but it's mostly there.
When you get a moment, could you take a look at it, and tell me if the overall
approach looks sound, or if I'm just barking up the wrong tree. I'd like to get
some extra eyeballs before I start work on all the goofy corner cases and such.
