I was just about to submit a similar patch that I've been carrying
around for years (though it sure got simpler in 1.4!), when I realized
I should search the archives to see whether anyone else had already
submitted something similar. Thanks for doing that! (Unsurprisingly,
your changes to svn_types.h and subst.c were identical to mine other
than the comments.)

I'd love to see this patch integrated so we can finally stop
maintaining a local custom branch of svn just for this one RCS-
standard keyword.
