It appears to break things on OS X as well. Prior to the change, you
could build Subversion fine without the need to use "--with-sqlite",
since OS X includes sqlite in the standard location. (This applies to
Leopard of course. The sqlite on OS X prior to Leopard is of an
unusable number.) Now it seems not to find sqlite anymore.
