moderating mailing list

Hi,

If you check the mailing list archives on tigris.org, you will be very
annoyed:
http://subversion.tigris.org/ds/viewForumSummary.do?viewType=thread&viewMode=summary&dsForumId=1065&orderBy=lastPostDate&orderType=desc&currentPage=5&countPerPage=25&totalPages=1629&totalListCount=40704

If you look at this page if you're logged in on tigris.org, everything
seems ok. But if you're *not* logged in, you will see tons of spam mails.

I've already reported this to tigris.org, but in the mean time I suggest
that moderators reject spam mails instead of just not moderating them
through.
