Running ra-local-test when testing RA-neon? [Fwd: svn trunk r35030: FAIL (x86-macosx-gnu shared)]

This test is failing on this build-bot...

> Test fsfs+ra_neon
> [...]
> subversion/libsvn_subr/sqlite.c:347: (apr_err=200030)
> svn_tests: SQLite compiled for 3.5.2, but running with 3.1.3
> FAIL: lt-ra-local-test 1: open an ra session to a local repository

Can we disable "ra-local-test" when running the test suite over
RA-neon ... ? It would seem logical to me to do so.

Otherwise, Lieven, this failure would appear to indicate a configuration
problem on your machine.
