red-bean could definitely handle the load. But we'd lose the nice
unification that tigris.org has done, in which "mailing lists" and
"discussion forums" became the same thing, so that (for example) you can
reply directly on the web site. I'm not sure what software we'd run on
red-bean to get that effect.

But I think the basic tigris.org discussion services are good. If the
bugs there (I haven't been following this discussion closely, but I
gather there are some problems?) are going to be fixed, then I'm not
sure we should ditch them for something that would just have its own set
of new problems.
