Test case that produces:

  Property changes on: TestFoo.py
  ___________________________________________________________________
  Added: svn:mergeinfo
     Merged /trunk/tests/estFoo.py:r11

by building a repository from scratch and doing two merges, is
attached. That should be enough to open an issue, if someone will
double check it on a trunk build?
