I see them on whatever_at_subversion.tigris.org lists. I do not see them
when I make similar changes to other lists. I think Greg may have done
something more than just change the admin page, but I can't find any
traces of that mentioned in dev_at_svn

I have set it now at domain level. @subversion lists now have two,
identical list-id's. Other projects still have none. Inquiring Minds
Want To Know.
